2010 OHL All-Star Classic Skills Competition Highlights

The Western Conference All-Stars took the Skills Competition and Three-on-Three Game by a combined score of 18-15 over the East.

Highlights of the night included:

Individual Puck Control Relay Race – Ethan Werek, Kingston Frontenacs beat Taylor Hall, Windsor Spitfires.

Fastest Skater – Jesse Blacker, Owen Sound Attack (15.05 seconds).

Hardest Shot – John Moore, Kitchener Ranges (98 mph).

Shooting Accuracy – Devante Smith-Pelly, Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors (3/8).

Penalty Shot Competition – Goaltender Chris Carrozzi, Mississauga St. Michael’s Majors (9/9 in saves).

Three-on-Three Game – Taylor Hall, Windsor Spitfires (3 goals)

Over the years the game has featured many players that have moved on to be NHL stars including the last three players to be selected first overall in the NHL Entry Draft including Patrick Kane, Steven Stamkos, and John Tavares. 

Proud sponsors of the event include All Weather Windows, Boston Pizza, Jack Link’s, and Subway.  The game will be broadcast live to a national television audience on Rogers Sportsnet and RDS.
