Alec Regula commits to Knights

London Knights

London, ON – London Knights General Manager Rob Simpson is proud to announce that the team has signed defenceman Alec Regula to an OHL Standard Player Agreement.

A native of West Bloomfield, Michigan, Regula will come to the Knights after spending a year with the Chicago Steel of the USHL where he won a Clark Cup title.  The 2000-born, 6’4”, 184-pound blueliner will join the Knights after the team drafted him in the fourth round, 74th overall in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection.

The smooth skating, puck-moving defenceman will suit up in the upcoming 2017 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game which serves as a showcase for top U.S. born players who are eligible for the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.

Regula will wear number 72 for the Knights this season.
