Forward Kalvyn Watson (5th Round, 2018) has agreed to a standard player agreement with the Program.
“Kalvyn has been having a great season so far in Lindsay and we are very excited to have him commit Greyhounds,” began Raftis.
“As a highly skilled, high IQ player, Kalvyn will join us over the World Junior break and we anticipate him being a big part of our young forward core in the coming years,” he added.
The 5-foot-9, 161Ib forward started this season (2018-19) with the Lindsay Muskies of the Ontario Junior Hockey League. In 35 regular season games played he was Lindsay’s fourth-leading scorer with seven goals and 17 assists, good for 24 points. He was two points shy of leading the team.
