LONDON, ONTARIO: London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter is pleased to announce that the team has signed 17 year old forward and 2011 4th Round Draft Pick Kyle Platzer to an Ontario Hockey League Contract.
Platzer, a Waterloo, Ontario native, spent last season with the Waterloo Siskins of the GOJHL and was named 2011-2012 GOJHL Rookie of the Year after finishing the season with 31 goals and 24 assists in 50 games played. Platzer will join the London Knights for training camp in late August.
