Louka Henault Commits to Spitfires

(Windsor, ON) – General Manager Warren Rychel has agreed to terms on a standard Ontario Hockey League Player and Education package with defenceman Louka Henault.

Henault (5’11, 180) was chosen in the 5th round of the 2017 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection (#96 overall). He played 33 games last season with the Toronto Marlies Minor Midget AAAs, scoring six times and 22 adding assists.

“We’re very impressed with this young man on and off the ice,” Rychel said. “He’s a mobile two-way defender that plays with his head up. We look forward to having him at camp.”

Henault is currently competing at the OHL Gold Cup in Kitchener for GTHL Team Red.
