Milestone Moments: Mar. 15/18

Rookie forward Marino Moro got in on an Owen Sound Attack Thursday night scoring frenzy in Windsor, netting the first goal of his OHL career with assists from Markus Phillips and Cole Cameron with 2:17 remaining in the second period. Moro’s milestone marker was the eighth goal in a 9-2 road win as the 18-year-old from Mt. Hope, Ont. scored in his 37th game of the season. A graduate of the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Minor Midget program who spent last season with the Caledonia Corvairs Jr. B club, Moro was Owen Sound’s sixth round pick in the 2016 OHL Priority Selection.
