The Niagara win cuts Hamilton’s series lead in half to 2-1. Jones (4) finished the night with a goal and two assists for the IceDogs while Akil Thomas (5) and Elijah Roberts (1) also found the back of the net. Stephen Dhillon earned first star honours with a 47-save performance, helping the IceDogs win despite being outshot 50-33. Isaac Nurse (5) added Hamilton’s other goal as the Bulldogs came up short despite carrying the play throughout parts of the game. Game 4 of the series goes Wednesday night in St. Catharines.
