Nolan Seed commits to Attack

Owen Sound Attack

Owen Sound, ON – The Owen Sound Attack announced Sunday at the team’s annual awards banquet that 2018 first round (15th overall) selection Nolan Seed has committed to the club.

Seed received the Ray McKelvie Award as the Attack’s first round pick after a highly successful season with the Smiths Falls Bears Midget team, collecting five goals, 17 assists and 22 points in 37 games while being named the HEO circuit’s Top Defenceman.

“Nolan is a player that is ready to step into our lineup and contribute on a nightly basis,” noted Attack general manager Dale DeGray. “He is going to be a fantastic addition to our roster and we look forward to seeing him hit the ice in August.”

Seed also played five games with the Smiths Falls Bears Jr. A club of the CCHL last season and recently represented Team HEO at the OHL Gold Cup in Kitchener.
