Storm announce Wade Branch as Head Scout

Guelph Storm General Manager and Head Coach George Burnett is pleased to announce the hiring of Wade Branch as the team’s Head Scout.

“I am extremely pleased to announce Wade as the Head Scout for the Guelph Storm,” said Burnett. “He brings an excellent knowledge of our league, a strong scouting background and we have enjoyed a trusted working relationship in the past. This is a great opportunity for Wade to take on the lead role. I know he is well prepared for the challenge.”

The Whitby, Ontario native brings several years of experience to the Storm working previously with the Belleville Bulls and the Sudbury Wolves.

“I am truly honoured and excited to be joining the Guelph Storm Organization,” said Branch. “It has a rich history of success in developing hockey players and people. I look forward to working with both George and Phil and the entire scouting staff.”
