Wednesday Highlights: Raddysh dazzles in Hounds debut

Taylor Raddysh (16, 17) scored twice in his Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds debut while Jordan Sambrook pitched in with an assist, helping guide the Hounds to a 3-1 win over the visiting Saginaw Spirit. Captain Tim Gettinger (21) also found the back of the net while goaltender Tyler Johnson earned first star honours with a 29-save performance. Cole Coskey (19) provided Saginaw’s lone goal as the Spirit outshot the Greyhounds 30-25. The loss snaps Saginaw’s five-game road winning streak as the Hounds remain undefeated in regulation since October 28th, a span of 27 straight games. Newly acquired defenceman Reilly Webb suited up in his first game with the Spirit while rookie rearguard Mason Millman made his OHL debut. The Spirit are 21-15-3-0, fourth in the West Division while the Hounds boast the CHL’s best record of 35-3-2-1.
