The London Knights celebrated the life of longtime trainer Don “Branks” Brankley on Tuesday July 11th at Budweiser Gardens. Notable guests from Knights history including Brendan Shanahan, Basil McRae and Danny Syvret were in attendance to remember Branks, who left his mark on the organization after 38 years from 1970-2008.

“He taught me so many things but the one thing he taught me that he wanted to make sure I understood was that the most important person in the game was the player,” OHL Commissioner David Branch told Morris Dalla Costa of the London Free Press.
