MANUEL ALBERG (OWEN SOUND ATTACK):
Rookie winger¬†Manuel Alberg¬†slipped a low shot under the pad of Kitchener’s Lucas Pfeil 9:29 into action for his first OHL goal, helping the Owen Sound Attack defeat the visiting Rangers 4-3. The 17-year-old from Koln, Germany had help from Andrew Perrott on the goal, giving Alberg seven points (1-6–7) through 34 games this season. The 5-foot-10, 162Ib forward was Owen Sound’s first round (45th overall) pick of the 2018 CHL Import Draft.
