Cliff Pu set up 2018 NHL Draft prospect Evan Bouchard (1) for the game winner on the doorstep 27 seconds into overtime as the London Knights took a 3-2 road win over the Saginaw Spirit. The Knights were outshot 41-27, but got a stellar effort from second star Jordan Kooy who turned in a 39-save outing. Adrian Carbonara (2) and Josh Nelson (2) both scored for the second straight night while Pu picked up a pair of assists in his return to the lineup. Max Grondin (1) and Kyle Bollers (1) had goals for the Spirit. Bollers earned third star honours with a goal and an assist in the loss.
