Arthur Kaliyev and Will Bitten scored shootout goals as the Hamilton Bulldogs came out on top of a closely-matched 2-1 decision in Barrie. Both clubs swapped chances late in the game but great goaltending kept things tied at one after 65 minutes of play. Hamilton’s Kaden Fulcher followed up a shutout on Friday with a 32-save performance while Barrie’s Christian Propp made 27 saves at the other end. 2018 NHL Draft prospect Andrei Svechnikov (3) scored for the Colts before converting on his shootout attempt later in the night. Philadelphia Flyers prospect Matthew Strome (2) scored the lone goal for Hamilton in the win. The Bulldogs improve to 2-1-0-0 while Barrie now sits at 3-1-0-1.
