Alex Turko commits to Knights

London, ON – The London Knights have signed forward, Alex Turko to an Ontario Hockey League’s Standard Player Agreement.

Turko, a current member of the St. Thomas Stars was originally drafted by the Knights in the 8th round (156th overall) of the 2015 OHL Priority Selection.  The 6’00”, 170-pound forward is currently in his second season with St. Thomas of the GOJHL.  The London, Ontario native started his playing career with the London Jr. Knights.

In the Stars’ young season, the skilled, two-way Centre has scored three times, while adding two assists in 13 games.  Turko will wear #12 for the Knights this season.
