Milestone Moments: October 17, 2018

The fourth overall pick of the 2018 OHL Priority Selection, Erie Otters defenceman Jamie Drysdale found the back of the net for the first time in his OHL career on Wednesday. Drysdale put a quick release on a Kyle Maksimovich pass 23 seconds into the first period to bring Erie Insurance Arena to its feet. The Otters went on to defeat the visiting Niagara IceDogs 4-3 to snap a seven-game slide. Drysdale would add a primary assist moments later, pitching in on Hayden Fowler’s first of the season. The 16-year-old has seven points (1-6–7) through his first nine OHL contests.
