OHL Announces Cancellation of Coaches Conference, Performance Development League

Toronto, Ont. – The Ontario Hockey League announced today the cancellations of both the OHL Coaches Conference as well as the OHL Performance Development League in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak, the OHL has closely monitored the rapidly evolving situation with a view to the health and safety of players, coaches and their families, team and League staff, on and off-ice officials as well as fans and the general public.

The OHL wishes to recognize and thank all of the coaches who had committed to participate in the OHL Coaches Conference for their interest this year, as well as all of the players who had enrolled for the OHL Performance Development League.

The OHL is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all participants and feel that this is the most prudent decision for all involved.
