Sportsnet’s Pre-Season OHL Coaches Poll

Sportsnet asked coaches from all 20 OHL teams 16 different questions heading into the 2016-17 season and the results are in!

Dylan Strome (Erie Otters) factored prominently into the outcome, finishing atop three different fields including top scorer, best overall player and top playmaker. Reigning CHL Player of the Year Mitch Marner claimed two categories including best hands and best forward.

The London Knights and the Mastercard Memorial Cup host Windsor Spitfires both have the respect of coaches around the league, with the Knights earning top vote as favourites for the Mastercard Memorial Cup while the Windsor Spitfires were chosen as frontrunners to win the OHL Championship.
