Top pick Deni Goure commits to Attack

Owen Sound Attack

Owen Sound, ON – The Owen Sound Attack are proud to announce the signing of 2019 OHL Priority Selection first round pick Deni Goure.

The forward from Grande Point, ON, has signed a Standard Player Agreement and Education Package, and Attack General Manager Dale DeGray is excited for his addition to the line-up: “He’s a quick player, very sound positionally, we had the pleasure of watching him play 36 times this past season and he was someone we were really happy to have fall to us in the 10th spot of the draft.” DeGray added, “He has an unbelievable shot and we’re looking forward to him making an impact for us this fall.”

Goure spent his minor midget season as the captain of the Chatham-Kent Cyclones, scoring 22 times and adding 31 assists for 53 points in 32 games while earning ALLIANCE Player of the Year Honours. “I’m really excited to get started and really looking forward to next year,” said Goure.
