Wednesday Highlights: Attack calm the Storm

The Owen Sound Attack had goals from five different players, defeating the visiting Guelph Storm 5-2 at the Bayshore. Maksim Sushko (6) opened the scoring in the first before Zachary Roberts (3) tacked on insurance 1:22 into the second. The Storm battled back to tie the score at two on second period markers from Albert Michnac (3) and Matt Hotchkiss (6). Petrus Palmu’s 11th goal of the campaign was the difference maker 3:44 into the third as Nick Pryce (2) and Nick Suzuki (5) added two more for a 5-2 final. Montreal Canadiens prospect Michael McNiven made 30 saves in goal as the Attack improve to 7-6-0-0, climbing two points ahead of Guelph in the Midwest Division.
