Wednesday Highlights: Attack swat Sting

– Rookie forward Gavin Bryant put up a season-high four points with a goal and three assists as the Attack won big in Sarnia. He’s the first Attack rookie with a four-point effort since Zach Nastasiuk on Feb. 11, 2012 vs. Peterborough.
– Stepan Machacek recorded a career-high three points with a goal and two assists.
– Nick Chenard made 27 saves for his first shutout of the season, improving to 7-4-1-1 on the season.
– Rookie defender Cal Uens scored his first career OHL goal 1:40 into the first period.
– Attack captain Mark Woolley scored his first goal of the season.
– Ben Gaudreau made 29 saves in the Sting crease.
– Owen Sound improves to 13-11-1-2 and sits sixth in the Western Conference.
– Sarnia falls to 11-13-3-0, two points back of the last playoff spot in the Western Conference.
