Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Boris Katchouk (4) scored his second overtime winner of the weekend as the Soo Greyhounds snuck past the Sudbury Wolves 2-1 on the road. Katchouk was sprung on a 2-on-0 rush with teammate Morgan Frost who found him for a quick release that beat Sudbury’s Jake McGrath 2:23 into the extra frame. Keeghan Howdeshell (2) also scored for the Hounds while goaltender Matthew Villalta made 30 saves. McGrath was equally impressive across the ice with a 36-save performance to help his club earn a point. Minnesota Wild prospect Dmitry Sokolov (1) scored his first of the season for Sudbury as the Wolves fall to 0-3-2-0 on the campaign.
