Windsor Spitfires franchise shutouts leader Michael DiPietro tacked on another one Sunday afternoon, turning away 30 shots to blank the Guelph Storm on home ice. The Spits prevailed 4-0 behind goals from Mathew MacDougall (1), Aaron Luchuk (2), Luke Kutkevicius (2) and Igor Larionov (2) while overagers Austin McEneny and Jake Smith both notched two assists. The Spits were outshot 30-28 but DiPietro stood tall to help the defending Mastercard Memorial Cup champions improve to a perfect 3-0-0-0 on the young season.
