Five different IceDogs had multi-point outputs as Niagara defeated visiting North Bay 6-1. Battalion captain Justin Brazeau (2) opened the scoring, but that’s all you’d hear from North Bay the rest of the way as the IceDogs took over towards the end of the first. Kirill Maksimov (3), Bradey Johnson (3), Oliver Castleman (1), Billy Constantinou (1), Ivan Lodnia (3) and Matthew Philip (2) did the offensive damage for the Dogs while first star Philip Tomasino registered three assists. Niagara outshot North Bay 41-27, getting a 26-save performance from goaltender Colton Incze. Niagara leads the Central Division early-on with a 3-1 record while North Bay falls to 1-3.
